Nitya Niranjana Deepam reflects the timeless tradition of the niranjana lamp, used in temples and homes for offering sacred light. The lamp features a classic brass form with a small oil reservoir and a gently extended wick holder, designed to hold a steady flame during rituals.

A distinctive element of the piece is the attached suspension chain and ring, allowing the lamp to be hung or lowered when lighting the wick. This design echoes traditional devotional spaces where lamps were often suspended to illuminate sacred corners and prayer rooms.
